2025 was one of the most challenging years in our history. A period that demanded resilience, commitment, and, above all, unity. Our year-end gathering was more than a celebration. It was also an opportunity to be in São Francisco do Sul, close to a key part of our operation, and to witness firsthand the tangible results of our collective work.
